Adairsville Man Arrested in Connection With Residential Burglary of Trimble Hollow Road

Sheriff Mitch Ralston Reports:

On Tuesday evening, April 1st, deputy sheriffs were dispatched to a private residence on Trimble Hollow Road in unincorporated southern Gordon County in response to a report of a burglary. The victim reported that a motorcycle had been taken in the break in. Detectives assigned to the case determined the identity of the perpetrator from security video footage and issued a warrant for his arrest. Wednesday night, April 2nd, deputy sheriffs patrolling Trimble Hollow Road near Bartow County located and arrested Gregory Damon Hyde, age 24, of Adairsville, Georgia after a brief search near the residence which was initially burglarized. Hyde has been charged with Burglary in the Second Degree and Theft, and is being held in the county jail. He is also wanted by Bartow County authorities.
