Fugitive Captured While Attempting Residential Burglary
Sheriff Mitch Ralston Reports:
On Thursday, June 19, deputy sheriffs were dispatched to a Ranger, Georgia address in response to a report of an attempted burglary. The responding deputies found Tim Pack, age, 43, whose last address was reported to be 157 Fog Road, being held by the property owners who reported that they’d discovered Pack attempting to enter their residence. The residents used necessary force to detain him until the arrival of officers. Pack had been the subject of an intensive manhunt last week in the Fairmount area and had been at large since that time. He has been charged with several counts of Burglary, Theft By Receiving Stolen Property, Tresspass, and Violation of Probation. Pack is in jail pending judicial proceedings.
